Quintel's business model is unusual for this industry. For more than two decades we have delivered business process improvement using SAP as the tool, at a fixed cost, so that our clients carry none of the financial risk that normally comes with an ERP programme. We can do that consistently for two reasons.

The first is our people. We staff engagements with platinum-level consultants who work exclusively in utilities and the public sector, and who have delivered together on previous programmes. The second is our perspective. Quintel began as a management consultancy, so we understand the operating model and the regulatory obligations before we touch a configuration screen. Many of our consultants have spent more than twenty years in these industries.

Together, that has let us productise our implementation approach and extend it to smaller utilities and government entities that previously could not justify the cost of an SAP programme.
